Yes, though it is billed separately from any development work. Most maintenance clients host with us because it puts the server, the WordPress install, and the person fixing things in one place. If you are happy with your current host, keep it. If you’re looking for different hosting or want us to host the website, we offer competitively priced and reliable hosting. Not if the migration is handled properly. Rankings drop when old URLs get deleted without redirects or when pages that already rank get rewritten. Every redesign here starts with a ranking baseline and a one-to-one redirect map, and I monitor Search Console daily for 30 days after launch.
Most clients write their own. You know your patients and your services better than we do, and we give you a page-by-page outline so you are not starting from nothing. If you would rather not write it, copywriting is a separate line item quoted per page. Existing content that already works stays, and we can edit rather than rewrite it.
We do both, but they are separate projects. Every website includes the SEO basics: clean URL structure, heading hierarchy, title tags and meta descriptions, schema markup, analytics and Search Console setup, and on-page optimization for the pages we build. That is what gets your site indexed correctly.
What it does not include is the ongoing work that actually moves rankings: keyword research, content strategy, competitor analysis, link building, and month-to-month optimization.
We also offer monthly SEO services as a standalone campaign for businesses that already have a website. Advance SEO and monthly SEO maintenance is a separate service many clients opt into once the site is live.
