Custom websites for solo chiropractors, multi-doctor clinics, and practices treating auto accident and personal injury cases.

Average client ratings across review platforms
Somebody searched “chiropractor near me,” tapped your map listing, and landed on your site. You have about eight seconds. What they do next is decided by whether the page answers them.
Big Apple Media builds and redesigns custom WordPress sites for chiropractors, spine care clinics, and multi-doctor practices. Design, build, copy, and search setup all happen here with our in-house team. No subcontractors, no offshore build, no account manager relaying messages.
Your Google Business Profile and your site should agree. Same services, same hours, same insurance list, same doctor names. Mismatches between the two hurt map rankings and confuse patients who checked both.
Condition pages, not one long services list. Lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain, auto accident injury, sports injury, prenatal care, spinal decompression. Each condition gets a page so each one can rank on its own and speak to one person with one problem.
Chiropractors get sold the same template every other small business gets sold, then get told to add a stock photo of a spine model. It does not work, because a chiropractic patient is not shopping the way a restaurant customer shops. They are in pain, they are on a phone, and they are deciding between you and two other clinics inside the same ten minutes.
The questions they need answered are short. Do you treat what hurts. Do you take my insurance or is this cash. How soon can I get in. Where do I park. A site that answers those four fast will beat a prettier site that hides them behind a contact form.
We build custom WordPress sites for chiropractic practices, spine care clinics, and multi-doctor groups.
That means condition pages that rank on their own, insurance and cash pricing stated where people look for them, intake forms that handle health information properly, and a booking path that runs into the software you already use.
We connect to the systems you already run. ChiroTouch, Jane, ChiroFusion, Genesis, Platinum, Calendly. Your scheduler, patient portal, and digital intake paperwork stay where they are. We build the site around your front desk workflow instead of asking you to rebuild it.
New patient offers that actually get clicked. Most chiropractic sites bury the first-visit exam offer in a slider nobody scrolls to. We put it in the header, on the condition pages, and in the booking flow, then track how many people take it so you know whether the offer is the right one.
We get the HIPAA question right. Your marketing pages are marketing pages. What matters is any form collecting patient information and any portal you link to. We lock those down and leave the rest alone. Here is how HIPAA applies to a healthcare website, and the HIPAA mistakes that get practices fined.
Insurance and cash pricing where people look for them. Two questions come up on every visit. What does it cost, and do you take my plan. Both get their own page, including your cash rates and care plan pricing if you are out of network, so nobody has to call the front desk to find out.
Condition pages that rank. One page per condition, written for the person searching that specific thing. A page about sciatica treatment in your city brings you sciatica patients. A page listing fourteen services brings you nobody.
Local search set up from day one. Your Google Business Profile, your city pages, and the on-page work that gets you into map results. Most chiropractors compete against five or six clinics inside one zip code, and the map pack decides who gets the call. More on that in our local SEO tips for increasing conversions.
No sales call required. Send the details and you’ll get a real answer within one business day.
We tell you what you need before you spend anything. Some practices need a whole new site. Some need three pages fixed and a booking button that works on a phone. We look at what you have and tell you which situation you are in, with what each option costs.
You approve the design before we build anything. We design your home page first and send it over. Once you sign off, we design the inside pages. Real photos of your clinic and your team, real copy, your practice. Never a stock template with your logo dropped on top.
We build for mobile. People look for a chiropractor on a phone, often the same day they got hurt. Your pages load fast and work on every screen size, tested before launch. If you want the detail, here is how we improve page load time.
We stay on after launch. We watch how the site performs for the first few months. If a condition page is pulling visitors but nobody books, we rewrite it. That is included, not an upsell.
Different practices have different needs. No matter your focus, we understand the challenges you face and design websites that address them.
The site needs to sound like you, load fast, and let you change hours and your new patient offer without calling anyone. We build it so you can update your bio, rates, and open slots in about two minutes.
More doctors means more content. Each chiropractor needs a bio page that ranks on their own name, an accurate technique list, and a schedule that front desk can change without a support ticket.
Personal injury needs different copy. Someone hurt in a crash searches within days, often sent by an attorney, and needs to know you handle letters of protection and no-fault billing.
We have been building websites since 2001. That means fewer surprises, faster decisions, and a process that has already survived whatever your project throws at it.
Design, development, content, and SEO all happen here. Nothing goes to a contractor, an offshore team, or a junior account manager reading your messages back to you.
Patient intake, contact forms, and appointment requests built to protect health information. We handle the technical side so your practice is not exposed by its own website.
Template-based builds for tight budgets, fully custom when the project calls for it. We tell you what you actually need instead of quoting the biggest number we think you will pay.
If something is not right, we fix it. No change order, no invoice, no argument about whether it was in scope.
Email or call and you get a real answer, usually the same day. No ticket queue, no automated reply telling you where you sit in line.
We walk you through editing your own pages, adding posts, and updating content. You own the site and you can run it without calling us for every small change.
Your website exists to book new patients and generate calls. We measure the work by appointments and rankings, not by how the homepage looks in a portfolio.
No twelve month lock-in, no cancellation penalties. Clients stay because the work is good, which is the only reason worth staying for.
We take pride in our work and the quality of our service. These web design company reviews from real clients reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional web design solutions.

We follow a proven process to create custom websites that deliver results. From the first call through design, development, and launch, we work with you at every step. Our process is transparent and you always know where the project stands.
We learn about your practice, your ideal patient, and the conditions you want to fill your schedule with.
We map the pages, then design a custom look built around how people find and book a therapist.
Fast, clean, HIPAA-safe where it counts, and tested on every device before anyone sees it.
We go live together, then stick around for hosting, updates, and fixes.
Most single-doctor practice sites land between $2,000 and $5,000 depending on how many pages and condition pages you need. Multi-doctor clinics with individual bio pages and several locations run higher. You get a fixed number before any work starts, and there are no long-term contracts.
Most projects take six to eight weeks. A smaller chiropractic site can be done in about four if your content is ready and the build is straightforward.
A few things add time. More pages take longer. So do custom features like online scheduling, patient portals, and digital intake forms. A complicated design adds time, and so does every round of revisions.
The biggest hold-up is content. If your text and clinic photos are not ready, the project stalls. Practices that have everything ready before we start designing launch much faster.
Yes. Everything is built in WordPress with Elementor, and you get a walkthrough covering how to add a page, swap photos, update hours, and publish a post. Most clients handle their own content changes within a week of launch.
Yes. Domain, hosting account, WordPress install, design, and content. All yours. If you decide to work with someone else later, the site goes with you.
Yes, billed separately from any development work. Most maintenance clients host with us because it puts the server, the WordPress install, and the person fixing things in one place. If you are happy with your current host, keep it. Rates are on the pricing page.
Not if the migration is handled properly. Rankings drop when old URLs get deleted without redirects or when pages that already rank get rewritten. Every redesign here starts with a ranking baseline and a one-to-one redirect map, and we monitor Search Console daily for 30 days after launch.
Most chiropractors write their own. You know your patients and your techniques better than anyone, and we give you a page-by-page outline so you are not starting from a blank screen. If you would rather not write it, we can, at additional cost. Existing content that already works stays, and we can edit rather than rewrite it.
We do both, as separate projects. Every website includes the SEO basics: clean URL structure, heading hierarchy, title tags and meta descriptions, schema markup, analytics and Search Console setup, and on-page work for the pages we build. That is what gets your site indexed correctly.
What it does not include is the ongoing work that moves rankings: keyword research, content strategy, competitor analysis, link building, and month-to-month work. That is a separate service many clients add once the site is live. Plenty of practices launch and handle their own marketing from there.
Yes. Most clients are across the US, not just New York. The work happens over calls, screen shares, and email, so location rarely matters.
Yes. Most of the work is healthcare practices, home service pros, and professional services like attorneys, accountants, and consultants. They all sell the same way: someone searches with a problem, lands on your site, and decides in seconds whether to call. Outside those industries we take projects when the fit is right. Fill out a quote form and we will let you know if we can help.
Send us your URL. We’ll go through your current site to see what’s not working, what’s costing you traffic & leads, and let you know what you can do about it. No pressure, no obligation.
